6 WEEK PRENATAL SERIES


 


Join us for a 6-week prenatal yoga series suitable for all levels.  In this series we practice yoga postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation exercises to assist mothers throughout their pregnancy and labor.


The yoga postures covered will assist in relieving common pregnancy ailments, develop stamina, and build strength and flexibility to prepare for childbirth.  Guided relaxations, breathing exercises, positive affirmations, and visualization techniques will provide the opportunity to connect with your body and baby.  These exercises can also promote relaxation throughout pregnancy while building mental strength for a positive birthing expereince.  Near the end of the 6-weeks we cover positions and breathing techniques that can be used throughout labor and childbirth.  In addition, join a community of other expecting mothers to support and share with."
